The controller of personal data collected via Mutualia.online is G.I.N. srl, company number BCE BE0717754567, with registered office at Rue Prince Baudouin 67/15, 1083 Ganshoren (Belgium).

Via contact and lead forms, we collect contact details (name, email, phone, postcode, current mutual insurance, message). Via the affiliation form, we may also collect the national registry number (NISS), IBAN/BIC, address, family and professional situation, as well as coverage- and health-related data when necessary to process your file.

These data are processed to answer your requests, support you with comparison and affiliation, follow up your file and comply with our legal obligations. The legal bases are GDPR Article 6.1.a (consent), 6.1.b (pre-contractual measures or contract performance) and 6.1.c (legal obligation).

Prospect data are retained for up to 3 years after the last contact. Validated affiliation files are retained for up to 10 years, in line with applicable legal retention periods. Transfers occur only to processors strictly necessary for the service, notably Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent.
